Airbus: workforce allocation dashboard

When Airbus wound down its Beluga transport team, Laura built the tooling that re-allocated a 10,000-person organisation. A dashboard driven by heavy matching scripts placed each person into a new department based on their qualifications, turning a logistical crisis into a structured, auditable process.

A reporting tool built on live Salesforce data, including a contact relationship map that sales users actually adopt. Records are continuously out-enriched through Clay and Apex automations, so the picture stays current without anyone re-keying data.

Quarterly reports and fund statements arrive as emails and PDFs. Our platform parses them into structured records, keeps a full audit trail, and connects the data to AI assistants via MCP, so you can ask your portfolio questions in plain language.

HYPD AI: a website you edit by chatting to it

We built hypd.ai and wired its CMS to an MCP server, so the whole site becomes editable from an AI assistant. Ask Claude to change copy, add a section, or ship a new page. No dashboard, no deploy step, just conversation.

Zahlenwerk Studio is run by Laura Nogales De La Cruz and Lukas Beier from Berlin-Charlottenburg. No account managers, no hand-offs. You work directly with the two founders who scope, build, and take your product to market.

A process engineer and a designer with a go-to-market background: we cover the whole path from messy data to a product people actually use, and to the market it's built for.
